hey ! hahas sorry for not blogging. SO MUCH HAS HAPPENED SINCE JUNE.

i really wanted to post but blogger has died on me again and again and again. hahas first. im really excited about CMU 07 cos there is ALOT to do about school spirit hahas. Not to be Gungho or anything, but we should really start being more enthu.

okayy . so anyways what has lately happened in my life was that i went for this open space dialogue by the world bank. it was kinda cool cos it was just like series of free discussions about topics and you really learn alot more about what people think about youth issues like Aids and the different Methods of raising awareness. i met this amazingly nice girl called Christine and she like was so nice and stuff. And she told me something about the competitiveness of singaporeans which really enlightened me.

she told me about how people in discussions keep "pushing their own agenda" and like are so eagerly publicising their own stuf and themselves, and like refuse to slow down to listen to the people around them. i think it is quite true. There really is no point in everybody raising awareness of their own agenda and no one really paying attention to each other's agenda. and its quite sad that that is exactly how the world and advertising is run...

but i also realised sth. i mean. if no one pushes foran agenda, there will be NO agenda and we will kinda degenerate into human beings with a lack of intellectual stimulus hahas so we'll still be sad. so i think we shoudl TRY and have a peaceful balance.
